Students who fail their first attempt may be considered for a second voucher if all conditions are met:
- First attempt resulted in a Failing score (not a No Show)
- Attendance and engagement meet 80% minimums
- End-Course Assessment score of 70% or higher
- Completing 80% of all applicable work in the course
- Submit CompTIA Exam Score Report or CompTIA Exam History Report
- Completed a minimum of 80% of all applicable Labs
- Reviewed a minimum of 80% of all relevant ITPro video content
- Exam Prep (if applicable):
- 85% or higher on all Domain Practice Questions and Practice Exam within the last 30 days
- If Doman Practice Questions and Practice Exam completion is older than 30 days, these activities will need to be completed again
- 85% or higher on all Domain Practice Questions and Practice Exam within the last 30 days
The Voucher Request Deadline must not have exceeded sixty (60) calendar days past expiration. If the Voucher Request Deadline has passed since the student's first attempt, then the student will also need to submit a Voucher Request Deadline Appeal along with their Second (2nd) Attempt Request.
Approval is not guaranteed and remains at institutional discretion.
