Docebo is the Learning Management System (LMS) used by ACI Learning. It is also known as the Learning Portal. To access the Learning Portal, click here. All course-related materials are available through the Learning Portal. Any courses students are enrolled in will be listed under the My Courses section of the Learning Portal.
To view the contents of the course, students will select the respective course tile within the My Courses section of the Learning Portal dashboard. From here, students will toggle over to the Content tab of their course. Within the Content tab, students will be able to locate all course materials and ACI Learning policies.
Using Course Material in Class:
During in-class instruction, whether onsite or virtual, instructors will present the course materials that align with their lesson plan for the day. Students should also access these course materials through the Learning Portal in an effort to follow along with the instructor and take necessary notes. Some course files are available as downloadable PDFs. Students should take advantage of all downloadable resources as a means for effective note-taking and self-study after class concludes for the day.
Instructors may alternate between slides, labs, and other resources to diversify instruction and cover pertinent course topics. If students have questions about the content being shown and where to locate it in the Learning Portal, they should ask their instructor.
Using Course Materials Outside of Class:
For every hour of class time, ACI Learning recommends that students study an additional two to three hours outside of class to be prepared for their certifications. While we cannot guarantee certification pass rates, the students who dedicate time to self-study outside of class prove to be more successful in their attempts.
As such, students should be using the resources contained in the Learning Portal as part of their self-study efforts, including slide content and class notes, simulated labs, and practice tests/assessments.
